Hotel was little, I truly enjoyed the stay.

The room was particularly good and fashionable with a shower, hairdryers, and bathrobes in the private bathroom. The hotel was located in the center of the city.

The location was great, to the Central district of town, in the pretty comfortable area. There were climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The service was HELPFUL with parking on site.

My recent stay at Cigno Hotel Boutique- Adults Only was absolutely delightful. The ambiance of the hotel was charming, with beautiful decor throughout. The spacious rooms were well-facilitated and provided a bright and cool environment. The restaurant, bar, and pool were lovely and added to the overall enjoyable experience. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they went above and beyond to fulfill every request. This level of attentive service was the best we've encountered on our entire holiday.

In terms of drawbacks, there were a few minor issues. there was no warm water for showering or using the outdoor tub, even though we had paid for it.

suite was the best. the staff were really helpful and professional, their services were great. location: the hotel was just off the restaurant, the city center, and all public areas.

We had an amazing time in this boutique hotel in Merida. The personnel was accommodating, doing their best to assist. The room was well-designed with all necessary amenities. Our venue was in a marvellous location to the Central district of town.

Staying at this hotel was a lovely experience. The ambiance and design were breathtaking, and I appreciated the hotel facilities, such as the multiple pools and rooftop lounging area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I even took advantage of the free transportation offered by the hotel, which was very convenient. Additionally, the location of the hotel provided an authentic neighborhood experience with great parking availability.

There was nothing I didnt like.

The hotel boasts a beautiful decor, with a restored old house giving off a homey feeling. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, allowing for ultimate relaxation. The restaurant offers top-quality food at a good price and the staff is attentive and professional. Parking is free and available, making it convenient for those who rent a car.

The hotel lacks supervision and staff training, leading to small issues such as dirty areas and not enough towels for the pool.

We enjoyed the refreshing drinks and cool towels during our first welcome. the quality of food and drinks was top-notch, and the prices were reasonable. We also appreciated the professional and attentive staff who were always ready to help. the comfort of the suite was lovely, and the rooftop terrace and swimming pool were enjoyable.

The location was inconvenient, which made walking to the central area not feasible for some people. the noise from the AC was disturbing, and there was no AC in the bathroom area.

The hotel is a beautifully restored old house with luxurious and exclusive amenities. The staff provided exceptional service and made sure our needs were met, from the in-room breakfast to the rooftop pool and sun terrace. The restaurant had delicious food and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing. We loved the private facilities and the convenient location.

The only minor issue we encountered was the noise from the AC in the room. However, this did not affect our overall experience of the hotel.

The interior design of the hotel is chic and cozy, and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The location is just a short walk from the city center and most of the tourist spots. The staff are very friendly, attentive and super helpful with all our requests. We really enjoyed the food at the property, especially the avocado with pork belly and the homemade bread.

Our room on the 2nd floor was quite noisy due to the pool pump on the roof. The staff were helpful in turning it off, but it was still difficult to sleep.
